You want to sell your company products or services to another country. Does the name of the product mean someting there? Is there a bad product or word that may be assocaited with your product just because you have chosen a wrong name? Is this name culturally acceptable in destination country or culture? To be able to answer these question and safe guard your brand and your product name, you must have a brand name analysis prior to taking your products even before you start to make a localization etc. Because you may end up with a brand name, product name and you may have to reproduce all intial works you have done so far.
